Our portfolio of projects demonstrates a commitment to quality construction, innovative design, and timely project delivery, reflecting our expertise across multiple sectors of the building industry.
Our objectives for projects are simple
- Be known as a building company that ‘Builds Once, Builds Right’
- Provide employment and apprenticeships in the local community
- Develop productive relationships which enable Xcel to work together with whānau
- Deliver specialised building and project management service from concept to completion.
Prior to working on these projects, Asher project manage various house renovations through Pukeroa Oruawhata Trust.
These projects were completed from 2012 to 2015 on iwi owned developments – and were the largest in Rotorua at the time.
Works included renovating movable houses including insulation, plumbing, electrical, roofing, kitchens, showers and baths, decking, car ports, painting, prepping, and asbestos management.
